Seafood Curry


INGREDIENTS

Cooking oil, 2T
Asian Organics Coconut Milk, 1 cup
Asian Organics Curry Paste, 50g
Desired seafood, 300g, bite size
Desired vegetables, 50g
Sweet basil leaves, 5-10 leaves
Kaffir lime leaves, 2-4 pcs (optional)
Red chili, 2-3pcs (garnish)
Seasoning (optional)

Medium heat oil and add coconut milk. Add curry paste and stir until oil appears on top. Add desired meat & vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Add seasoning as desired. Sprinkle with sweet basil and kaffir lime leaves. Garnish with red chili.
