Gado Gado Salad

INGREDIENTS
300g, tofu, fried
2pcs, eggs, boiled and sliced
200g, baby potatoes, boiled
100g, green beans, blanched
100g, cucumber, sliced
100g, carrot, sliced
100g, cabbage, chopped and quickly blanched
1/2 cup, Asian Organics Organic Pad Thai Sauce
1/2 cup, beansprouts, washed and cleaned
2T, peanuts, chopped
1 stalk, cilantro
2pcs, chili peppers, chopped
1 cup, prawn crackers

Assemble tofu, eggs, potatoes, beans, cucumber, carrot, and cabbage
in a salad bowl. Top with Pad Thai sauce. Garnish with beansprouts, peanuts,
cilantro and chili peppers. Serve with prawn crackers.
