Asian Stir-Fry Vegetables

2T, sesame oil
50g, onion, sliced
50g, carrots, sliced
100g, broccoli florets
100g, cauliflower florets
100g, baby corn, sliced
1/2 cup, water
100g, zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup, mushrooms, sliced
50g, snow peas
1/2 cup Asian Organics Sweet Chili Sauce

Heat wok, add sesame oil, and stir-fry onions. Add carrots,
broccoli, cauliflower, and corn. Mix in water, cover pan with lid, and cook for
2 minutes using medium heat. Add zucchini, mushrooms, and snow peas. Stir in
sweet chili sauce and cook for another 2 minutes using high heat.
